Hi All,

Please use the following format to give a user an infraction, which is a warning. Please fill in all fields correctly and comment it below.

Note, Users each have 3 infraction points before their first, or last suspension, Please see the following list of known reasons and select the points next to the reason.

Reasons

- User is: Idling without AFK or FTB {1 INFRACTION}
- User Is: Advertising without Permission {2 Infraction}
- User is: Self Promoting {3 INFRACTION}
- User Is: Abusing Rights/Ranks {2 INFRACTION & Infractee will be contacted by OOA}
- User Is: using Excessive Language, or being foul mouthed towards anyone.
-OTHER: Please choose the number wisely, but if you are too kind or too mean, it will be adjusted.
